With an impressive career spanning over two decades in commercialisation, Paul specialises in global brand development, joint ventures and partnerships. He has delivered strategic outcomes during tenures at two of Australia’s “big four” banks, tech startup companies and global foreign exchange strategy providers.

Paul also brings invaluable expertise having worked extensively within global trade, specialising in physical commodities for the Asian markets. His portfolio includes global trades with Corporates, Institutions, Family Offices and foreign governments.

Cameron Pritchard | Chief Operating Officer

With over 24 years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams, Cameron’s agile and results-oriented approach combined with a relentless pursuit of excellence have been fundamental to Pegasus’ momentum and success.

Thriving in uncertainty, he has a talent for developing unique solutions to complex situations. He is adept in managing globally dispersed teams to achieve optimal outcomes and has provided critical subject matter expertise for numerous high-profile undertakings in both public and private organisations. Cameron is highly skilled in risk analysis and detailed contingency planning to enable timely and scalable responses to meet client and stakeholder needs.

Cameron has been recognised for bringing niche capabilities and emerging technologies into service, coaching and mentoring future leaders, and building collaborative partnerships to streamline multi-regional, critical response mechanisms and processes. He has a demonstrated history of developing effective relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds and has extensive experience working in international cross-functional teams.

 
 

Toby Chapple | Head of Derivatives

Toby leverages a wealth of insight and knowledge garnered from an extensive background in tier 1 investment banking and hedge funds. He has held senior trading positions at the Managing Director level across proprietary trading and asset management divisions. This has included running the proprietary trading desk at Deutsche Bank, which focused on fixed income, currency, and commodity markets.

Toby has also held senior portfolio manager roles at stand-alone global macro hedge funds, such as Sequoia and Deutsche Bank. Toby both designed - and was the Global Head of Sales and Trading for - Deutsche Bank's Hedge Fund Replication suite of products. Additionally, Toby has overseen over $1 billion in investments within UBS Private Wealth.

Before joining Pegasus, Toby was the Head of Trading at digital asset provider, Zerocap, which included developing the full derivatives suite of products from the ground up.

Bryan Coleman | Head of Global Markets

Bryan brings over a decade of senior management experience in roles within Global Commodities, FMCG, and Finance, alongside pioneering contributions to non-profits focused on youth and mental health.

As Head of Global Markets at Pegasus Capital, Bryan oversees strategic operations across multiple markets, leveraging his deep expertise in international trade, capital and debt structuring, securities, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks.

Before joining Pegasus Capital, Bryan led trade expansion into China, the Middle East, Brazil, and the USA. His successful leadership in building businesses across multicultural environments and navigating complex regulatory landscapes makes him a key player in aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals.

Bryan is recognized for his ability to integrate business acumen with a strong commitment to ESG issues. A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, The United Nations Association of Australia and the Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce, Bryan continues to be a thought leader in global market trends and socially responsible investing.

Jason Chen | Head of Digital Asset Programs

Jason's career begun in capital markets with a focus on lending.Due to his vast global network within government & large enterprise, Jason's exposure has now expanded into global markets, in particular commodities & cryptocurrencies.

Jason now runs Pegasus Capital's Digital Assert Program Division which includes our lending & liquidity services. Under his guidance, our team has been able to drastically expand on our service offering globally that leverage Jason's experience and network.

Given current market conditions Pegasus Capital's Digital Division will continue to be a key focus for growth. With Jason at the helm, Pegasus Capital is extremely well placed to fully capitalise both now and well into the future.

 
 

Neal Hornsby | Head of Compliance

With over 35 years in the industry, Neal is an expert in risk and compliance frameworks, specialising in funds management and the governance of these entities, as well as the establishment and daily operations of managed funds and collective investment schemes.

Neal has held a broad range of specialist roles throughout his career in areas such as superannuation, structuring investments, funds management operations, GL, governance, risk, and compliance consulting. Neal has held senior positions within several esteemed organisations, including serving as the CEO & Principal Executive at RACV, Principal Financial Services Consultant at Minter Ellison, Head of Risk & Compliance to Challenger as locum, Executive Manager of Governance & Risk Reporting to CBA and Wealth Management Boards and Compliance Officer to all AFSL Boards at Colonial First State, CFSGAM, CFSPL, CMIL, CFSMPL to name just a few.

Neal’s career has also included Project Lead for the Council of Financial Regulators - Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA), Federal Treasury and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) (CoFR), for the first Banking Crisis Exercise (CSE).
